No personal data is requested, stored, or evaluated on these pages.

Data protection for site visitors

However, each time you visit the website and each time you access a file, the server operator (uberspace) logs data about this process. This data is not personal data, but is anonymized. It is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. It is not passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The following technical connection data is stored:

  • The incomplete IP address (truncated),

  • the date and time of the request,

  • the pages/links that are clicked on (the HTTP request), and

  • the browser type stored (e.g., browser, operating system).

Email information

You can provide an email address for the delivery of change notifications. No further or personal data is required. The email address will only be used for this purpose. It will be deleted from the distribution list as soon as the request for delivery is withdrawn or the purpose of storage no longer applies. There is no right to registration.

Own data protection

The use of the contact details in the legal notice for commercial advertising is expressly not desired, unless the operator has given their prior written consent or a business relationship already exists. The operator and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.

Miscellaneous

Although not legally required, it is worth mentioning that the principle of data minimization also applies to the pages of “freie-messenger.de” (only necessary data should actually be collected). Therefore, a long list of “services” can be dispensed with:

  • No online marketing (affilinet, Amobee, Belboon, DoubleClick, Oracle Eloqua / Oracle Marketing Cloud, Tradedoubler, TradeTracker, YieldKit, Awin, …)
  • No other services (Amazon affiliate program functions, Flattr, Bloglovin, Getty Images, LiveZilla, Lotame, WiredMinds, etc.)
